All the doctors that I have worked with do recommend that we have something for breakfast. It helps to speed up your metabolism. I had greek yogurt with honey,dried cranberries, flax seeds and pecans. Whole wheat roll with just a bit of jam and a homemade cappuccino made with skin milk. I had a peaceful breakfast this morning since I am on-call and thus staying at home today.


  1. True. But I'm a bad Italian, and only have espresso for breakfast!

  2. Oh, Francesca, yes you came from the land of Cappuccino so I sort of expected you to have lots of it :)
