October 2019

These are images of life as it goes around here. We had a cool August and September was the same and October started with a big snow storm.  Not much crochet or reading but having fun with my visitors.

Too early for snow! Oh well, we’ll have it soon enough too.

  2. We also had some snow a week ago but now it's quite warm. Last night it rained a lot.
What a beautiful art by your grandchild! <3 She's so cute and brings lot of joy to you all, doesn't she?

  3. A darling visitor and I see an artist too. So sweet. Yes, things are winding down around here and the zinnias are starting to fizzle out. I do like this time of year.

  4. It's a joy to have a little one come to visit. Lovely photos of the sweet artist and playing in the snow. The last of the garden flowers always special. We still have roses blooming. No snow here as yet.

  5. Angela, as usual, you pictures are so good. I find myself scrolling back and forth to take more than one peek at each of them. Your visitor is a just darling and getting so big. And I think I spied a Calico Critters bunny hanging out with you. They remind me of my kids and make me smile. Great memories. Happy Fall.

  6. November around you is absolutely stunning dear Angela :)

i loved the leaves withered on ground and the magnificent bird pause

but loved most the little genius painter lol ,i bet he is going to be a wonderful artist as his interest in painting is obvious and amazing :) so cute is your grandson :)

hope your carrot cake was great ,enjoying the present moment with glorious charms of weather is needed more than crochet as it can be done in snowy noons when nature is covered under white blanket i think :)
your images are exquisite though the one of you and grandson from back is fantastic and very artistic
wishing you more happiness and peace dear Angela in days ahead !

  7. For a few weeks, move your plants to a colder spot with no light for a few hours. Gradually increase the amount of time you leave your plants in the cold. After a few weeks, your plants should be ready for the cooler outdoors.

  8. A body brush may be helpful in getting rid of cellulite. This brush helps promote blood flow, removes dead skin cells, and helps with lymphatic flow. What this means is that the brush helps to drain out fat cells, thus, decreasing cellulite. Ideally, you should use this brush twice a day.

  9. A faux tan in the area that are prone to tan make your skin look better and draw attention away from the dimples. The darker colors can make these dimples appear smaller. Just make sure to exfoliate first with a gentle body scrub on those areas, then you can use a tanning lotion or spray.
