May

So nice that May is here. I like May because the temps around here are mild, Spring is looking fresh and new with all the tiny flowers coming up. Love the fresh new grass, birds chirping everywhere and the trees budding.
I was looking at this and thinking maybe add some white but seeing in photo I can see that the answer is no. I imagine a different shade of blue might be nice. This is to resemble the ocean, the light sandy beach. You will keep on seeing this, it will be awhile till it's all done.

 My flowers are coming up
For baby...will use a couple more of half yards I have.

I see a shawl in the future.
This couple was fun to watch
 Love these little creatures

Aren't those colors great
Colected last Spring...wondering where they are flying now.
Love Ranunculus, so glad I found some at Menards.

Happy Mother's Day!!
Love and peace to you all!!

    1. Thanks Angela!! Green sounds pretty but this is for a bedroom where green wouldn't work well. Wished you had left a link to your blog so I could reciprocate the visit. Thank you!!

The shorts are cute. I paused for a second, worried this was the new style. WHO could wear those? So relieved to see they are FOR BABIES! :-)

  8. I like the blue images running through this blog post, Angela. I too am crocheting a blanket using shades of blue, grey and a hint of lilac. Your other yarn is also lovely. The hyacinths in bloom and the small animals' activity is a welcome sight. I hold on to the promises of God and the scripture here is uplifting. May you and your loved ones be blessed with peaceful May days.

  9. It is nice to have spring finally here to stay! (At least I hope it's here to stay!) I do think spring is sweeter in places like ours that get serious winters. Your pictures are lovely and really capture the fleeting beauty of spring.

  13. Happy spring dear Angela :)

your capturing is awesome ,i so loved these pretty feathery beauties with such elegant colors!

Your crochet is always inspiring and motivational (reminds me my mom's love for such artistic chores)

when my younger and the youngest sons were little i used to sew clothes for them and knit little bit as we live in hot area and crochet is more popular than knitting so i did some quilt time to time and very little crochet just to make my mom's soul happy as she wanted me to learn all this

i enjoyed your all lovely images of flowers, birds and squirrels ,so fun to observe their mischievousness

what i LOVED MOST is precious wise quotes ,truly overwhelming!
enjoy the lovely season my friend!
    hugs!
